The Wales Vision Forum is an informal group of local, regional and national charities who have worked together to produce this resource.
Whether you just need to know about maintaining good eye health or need to understand more about significant eye problems, or talk to others with similar problems and concerns, this site will point you to the help you need.
If you are concerned about your eyes or vision, you should go to your high street optician straight away. It won't cost you anything and it could save your sight. [See Examinations for Urgent Eye Problems]. Also, it is important to have regular eye tests.
